Hyatt Regency Hua Hin SHA Extra Plus

- Landscaping was awesome. One of the best landscaped resorts I've been to. The combination of swimming pool around the rooms, with curvy shape; as well as the green landscaping and lake really make the resort stunning. - The room is designed quite smart and quiet. The room area was not very big, but the way they make the bathroom doors slidable for 2 sides made it feels the room bigger and brighter compared to other similar size room type. - The beach is very nice, which is awesome for swimming in the sea. This beach is better than many beaches I've been to as well. The sea water is smooth, the wave is gentle, and the not so steep seaside makes us feel safe. There was warning that there might be jelly fish, but we were lucky to meet noon. - Lots of activities for adults and kids. I saw horses on the beach for adults and kids as well. The hotel seems to target families with young kids. - The staff at the Figs restaurant were nice and attentive. There are live music sessions after 6pm for dinners.

The design of the property is lovely. Low rise and surrounded by greenery. The swimming pool is outstanding. The beach is right in front. The staff are outstandingly helpful and friendly, and the service excellent throughout. The breakfast was huge and tempting. The atmosphere is very family friendly, but all ages feel welcome and comfortable.

Have been traveling a lot and seen many 5 star resorts, usually am too lazy to review but must make an exception now. Congratulations GM Christian for recruiting a dream team! To name just few is difficult, because they were all superb. Fantastic yoga instructor Chan also teached our son to swim. Emmy, Sara & co in the magnificent outdoor Regency Lounge. Lounge reception team with Vito and Ruj. Miss you all already! Great clean surroundings, white sandy beach, big beautiful pools and a lot of activities both for adults and children, great breakfast, restaurants, rooms (king executive appeared a bit small for three so we were upgraded to executive deluxe); lounge happy hour - as everything else - exceeded our expectations. All the best and definitely see you all again!

The hotel is lovely and has great facilities including the spa. It is located on the beach, and swimming pool is great. Majority of the staff are very friendly and attentive especially Emmy who really went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. Christian & the management team (unfortunately I do not know all their names) were also very friendly. Club lounge access is great, with a good selection for food for breakfast & dinner. The signature restaurant is also fantastic, definately the best seafood and steak we have had here in thailand.

It is a beautiful and shady hotel. It's a good combination. Between the trees and the cleanliness, don't look so stumped that there are too many insects. Archery is a very good activity. Teacher Joe, who teaches well, teaches well, is easy to understand. Teacher is calm, teaches until shooting at the target. K.Vito and all lovely staff Asking for help and great help. K.Best and all staff at breakfast room very polite and support the customer. Underwater aerobics but the water is a bit deep make it difficult to act fun teacher make activities not boring
